Summer Day Camp June 14,15,16 Grades 2-5: 1:00 - 3:30 p.m. Grades 6-8: 9:30 - 12:00 All boys and girls entering grades 2nd -8th are eligible. The camp is designed to enhance the development of individual fundamentals and team concepts.Contests and Prizes! Emphasis on fundamentals with two games per day. An enthusiastic staff that takes pride in individual attention. $45	Hoop Troop Camp Starts June 7 - M,TH - 4 weeks Grades 1-3: 11:00 - 12:00 Designed for grades 1 - 3. Based on learning the fundamentals of basketball from the ground up. Players workout on 7 1/2 foot baskets to ensure proper mechanics. The fundamentals stressed in this scamp are called “Basic Fundamentals” which emphasize ball skills and footwork. $45
Jr. Skills Camp Starts June 8 - T,W - 4 weeks Grades 4,5,6: 11:00 - 12:00 Designed for grades 4-6. While still emphasizing fundamental basketball this camp will build on the previous layer of skills learned at the younger levels. This is an offensive skill camp. Shooting instruction becomes more detailed. Players workout on 9 foot baskets to ensure proper mechanics.The skills emphasized during this session will be a combination of Basic and Advance fundamentals. $45	Girls High School Camp All June Grades 9-12 Camp focus is on Basic and Advanced fundamentals while teaching the Offensive and Defensive principles of the high school program. $45
Shooting Day Camp Grades 7-12: July 5,6 Grades 1-6: July 7,8 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. $45

All camps are held at the Ames Middle School gymnasium, 3915 Mortensen Rd, Ames, IA, 50014.
