Ames Booster Club Boys Basketball Camps

Camp Features:
Fundamentals- Much of the time of each day of camp will be devoted to developing proper  fundamentals. Campers will be taught how to do different drills which they can use to continue the development of their individual basketball skills.

Contests- Each day athletes will compete in individual and team contests to help test their skills in a competitive, fun environment.

Games- Each day, campers will participate in games that incorporate different components of the game of basketball.

Location: This year’s camp will be at Ames High School. Parking is available in front of the building.

Cost of the camp: Cost for the camp will be $45. This includes t-shirt, camp awards, individual instruction and LOTS OF FUN!!

Dates: December 28 - 30 Grades: 1-5 Time: Noon-2:00pm Cost: $45

Dates: December 28 - 30 Grades: 6-8 Time: 10:00am-Noon Cost: $45

What to Bring: Each camper will need: basketball shoes (different than the ones worn to the gym), socks, a water bottle, athletic shorts.

Camp Staff: The staff for this year’s Ames Little Cyclone Basketball camp will be staffed by current and former athletes as well as the Ames High coaching staffs for both boys and girls. Coaches will work with campers to provide a positive, fun environment and atmosphere.
